H LIGHTING FOR CITY HALL.

b H WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2004-407, plans, specifications,
co (farm of contract etc . , for the Homeland Security Window
A.6iplacement and Lighting for City Hall , in the City of Waterloo,
Bt o a, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
earing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
`WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
t±rbrovements be made in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 2004 .
