RESOLUTION NO. 2004-386
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO ALLEN
HOSPITAL PLANT OPERATIONS TO PLACE CONCRETE
IN THE AREA BETWEEN THE BACK OF THE CURB AND
THE SIDEWALK AT 1825 LOGAN AVENUE ALONG THE
SOUTH SIDE OF DONALD STREET FOR
BEAUTIFICATION AND/OR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the Associate Engineer has made written application
to the City Council asking that Allen Hospital Plant Operations be
authorized and permitted to place concrete in the area between the
back of the curb and the sidewalk at 1825 Logan Avenue along the
south side of Donald Street for beautification and/or maintenance
purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Allen
Hospital Plant Operations to place concrete in the area between
the back of the curb and the sidewalk at 1825 Logan Avenue along
the south side of Donald Street for beautification and/or
maintenance purposes .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 2004 .
