RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
tr' d ACQUISITION CONTRACT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY TO
o M THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN

v o WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
cf4cribed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

n ` WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
is ,necessary to allow for the Pioneer Graphics expansion project .

v NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITE' OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
hereinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
a`1.1 of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor and City
C , k is authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of
*47City and to execute all instruments necessary to consummate
t agreement to sell the property, and the deed for the
coreyance of the same is also accepted and approved and the City
of Waterloo is directed to pay for the property and the incidental
expenses necessary to the consummation of the sale .
The subject parcel is :
Stevens Family Trust aka Stevens Charitable Remainder Trust
No. 1, Owner
Lot 7 in Leavitt, Lusch and Miller Subdivision of Lots
6 and 7 in Block 17, City of Waterloo, West Side of
Cedar River, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 2004 .
