w WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384 . 84 (3) allows municipalities
o. tvjtrertify unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees to the
b ted property as a lien.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CI OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
by instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
a unpaid garbage and sewage disposal fees as contained in the
