previously instructed the Building
Ofap'al/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
sp- ications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc.c for the Homeland Security Window Replacement and Lighting
fdi; s;ty Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
sp* ications, and

-tWHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
f ll said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
es-iwate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Igvhaving considered the same .

n NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
