<1E1 Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
s '" l meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Warloo, ;Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of June, 2004 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specikiaions, form of contract and estimate of cost for
Homeland -Security Window Replacement and Lighting for City Hall,
in the Ciy of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 2004 .
