$E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tlihe Contract dated June 14, 2004 for Emergency Shelter Grant
Program (ESGP) funds in the amount of $115, 789. 00 to be
dst7r .buted to five local homeless service providers, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development, and the City
of:Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayer authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2004 .
