- '10 -WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
her tofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F -Y:. `2004 Young Arena Parking Lot Paving & Lighting, Contract No.
68 ,= in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
'WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
spec' fications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2004 Young
Atra Parking Lot Paving & Lighting, Contract No. 681, which were
prceminarily approved on May 24 , 2004 , and
H t WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 7,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2004 Young Arena Parking
Lot Paving & Lighting, Contract No. 681, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2004 .
