paid the Waterloo Water Works the remaining balance of the

WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
June 7, 2004 , for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with
the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Randy
and Janice Bearbower, 9011 Douglas Drive, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2004 .
