H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
w ht the Purchase Agreement dated June 7, 2004 , to purchase
prbperty generally located at 217 Elm, 218 Elm and vacant lot
&reel No. 891325258005 for $42 , 000 . 00 in conjunction with EDA
Rath Area Redevelopment Project, by and between Ardith Shull, and
k City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
