TO REVISE 4TH STREET CRUISE ROUTE FOR MAY 29,

w H e WHEREAS, the City Council on May 3 , 2004 granted permission
t the 4th Street Cruise Committee to hold annual 4th Street Cruise
o ooi, ay 29, 2004, and

HQ'., WHEREAS, the Police Chief has made written application to the
c ty Council requesting to revise the 4th Street Cruise route on
Ma 29, 2004, and

' WHEREAS, said revised cruise route will divert northbound
traffic to 1st Street due to northbound lanes on the Park Avenue
Bridge closed to traffic .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
C; TY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to the
Felice Chief to revise the 4th Street Cruise route, to divert
northbound traffic to 1st Street due to northbound lanes on the
Park Avenue Bridge closed to traffic.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 2004 .
