RESOLUTION NO. 2021-451
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH HAJOCA
CORPORATION TO ALLOW ACCESS FOR THE CARRIAGE
HILL DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, LOCATED AT
3310 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the temporary construction easement agreement with Hajoca Corporation of for property
described in attached Exhibit "A", is hereby approved and accepted to allow access for the
Carriage Hill Drainage Improvements Project, located at 3310 University Avenue, and
authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said documents on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June 2021.
