RESOLUTION NO. 2021-453
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENTERPRISE LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS
RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC., OF REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,000, ANNUALLY
FOR 3 YEARS, FOR ESRI GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
SYSTEMS (GIS) SOFTWARE ON AN UNLIMITED BASIS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Enterprise License Agreement dated June 21, 2021, between Environmental Systems
Research Institute, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $55,000 annually for
three (3) years, for Esri geographic information systems (GSI) software on an unlimited basis, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June 2021.
