RESOLUTION NO. 2021-432
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM CHRIS KREMER ON BEHALF
OF UNI GALLAGHER BLUEDORN, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE ORANGE NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY, TO BE
HELD IN LICHTY PARK ON JULY 23, 2021, FROM 5:00 P.M. -
10:00 P.M., INCLUDING A LIVE BAND AND USE OF A PA
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the Chris Kremer on behalf of UNI Gallagher Bluedom has requested to
hold the Orange Neighborhood block party event July 23, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m., to
be held in Lichty Park at the corner of Sidehill and Grace Drive, including live music and use of
a PA system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Chris Kremer, on behalf of UNI Gallagher Bluedom, to
hold the Orange Neighborhood block party event July 23, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m., to
be held in Lichty Park at the corner of Sidehill and Grace Drive, including live music and use of
a PA system, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21' day of June 2021.
