RESOLUTION NO. 2021-442
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIDGEWAY TOWERS BOILER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 2021-1, AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Housing Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers Boiler Replacement Project, Contract No. 2021-1, and
WHEREAS, said Housing Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers Boiler Replacement Project, Contract No. 2021-1,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 21, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Ridgeway Towers Boiler Replacement Project, Contract No. 2021-1, are hereby approved and
said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June 2021.
