RESOLUTION NO. 2021-322
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK STREET INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR THE
RENOVATION OF 1314 BLACK HAWK STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated May 17, 2021,between Black
Hawk Investments, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the renovation of 1314 Black Hawk
Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May 2021.
