MEMORIAL BOARD TO HOLD ANNUAL MEMORIAL DAY
o H O PARADE ON MAY 31, 2004 .

c WHEREAS, the Waterloo Memorial Board has made written

lication to the City Council asking that they be authorized and
pe1uitted to hold annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 31,
23551, and
WHEREAS, said parade will start at 10 :30 a.m. , with route
6ting on Commercial Street between West 5th and West 6th
S teets, west to Park Avenue, north to Mulberry Street, east to
ShoStreet and then south to Memorial Hall .
h NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
Q TY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to
Waterloo Memorial Board to hold annual Memorial Day Parade on May
34;t2004 beginning at 10 :30 a.m. with route starting on Commercial
Street between West 5th and West 6th Streets, west to Park Avenue,
north to Mulberry Street, east to 5th Street and then south to
Memorial Hall .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2004 .
