tr TO HOLD 4TH STREET CRUISE ON MAY 29, 2004 .

o Hc� WHEREAS, KOKZ Radio has made written application to the City
Cecil asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold 4t
c4 Street Cruise on May 29, 2004 , and

H - WHEREAS, said cruise will be held from 12 : 00 noon until 4 : 00
with cars from the east side traveling from Mulberry Street
a#-oss the river on Fourth Street to Jefferson Street and return
of ; Park Avenue back to Mulberry Street; cars from the west side
will travel from Commercial Street across the river on Fourth
Seet to Mulberry Street and return to Commercial Street on
F fth Street and to barricade the intersections on Fourth Street .

H NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
Cf 'Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to KOKZ
Rio to hold 4th Street Cruise on May 29, 2004 from 12 : 00 noon
uril 4 : 00 p.m. , with cars from the east side traveling from
Mu berry Street across the river on Fourth Street to Jefferson
Street and return on Park Avenue back to Mulberry Street; cars
from the west side will travel from Commercial Street across the
river on Fourth Street to Mulberry Street and return to
Commercial Street on Fifth Street and to barricade the
intersections on Fourth Street .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2004 .
