tr d RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO LADIES OF
h HARLEY ORGANIZATION TO HOLD BREAST CANCER
AWARENESS RIDE ON JULY 17, 2004 .

j, H H WHEREAS, Ladies of Harley organization has made written
al4p_cation to the City Council asking that they be authorized and
permitted to hold a Breast Cancer Awareness Ride on July 17, 2004,

WHEREAS, said ride will be starting at 10 : 00 a.m. traveling
tkrgh the Waterloo and Cedar Falls metro area and concluding at
thetrAmerican Cancer Society building at 300 E. Ridgeway Avenue.

c`3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
crTy OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to Ladies
of: 3arley organization to hold a Breast Cancer Awareness Ride on
Jury. 17, 2004 starting at 10 : 00 a.m. traveling through the
Wa rloo and Cedar Falls metro area and concluding at the American
Caner Society building at 300 E. Ridgeway Avenue .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2004 .
