t H WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
the-re .gfore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
coupare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
t`o J,r for the Sulentic Park Playground Equipment and safety

-<1r7rHEREAS said Leisure Services Director did file said
pal-itinary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
tlie ! Oentic Park Playground Equipment and safety surface and
border, which were preliminarily approved on April 19, 2004 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 3 ,
2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Sulentic Park Playground
Equipment and safety surface and border, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2004 .
