tr WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2004-276, specifications, form of
ccNract etc. , for the Sulentic Park Playground Equipment and
sg+ty surface and border, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
