n j BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

So, That the bid of Recreation Concepts, Inc. , in the amount of
, 863 . 00, for Gametime Equipment, described in the plans and
00,cifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
prb_j ect, after public hearing on published notice required by
1-apA, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
fceived for said work.
`' The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
#titract with the said contractor for the construction of said
htiicovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
4pproved by this Council .
