ca RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF 4TH STREET
o CRUISE COMMITTEE TO REVISE 4TH STREET CRUISE
ROUTE FOR MAY 29, 2004 .

N ci EH IHEREAS, the City Council on May 3, 2004 gran ted permission
°ato c50 4th Street Cruise Committee to hold annual 4 Street Cruise
on 1 Ia 29, 2004 , and
HWHEREAS, the 4th Street Cruise Committee has made written
apRgation to the City Council asking that they be authorized and
peui4stted to revise the 4th Street Cruise route on May 29, 2004 ,

n `'tHEREAS, said revised cruise route will allow cars from the
we aside to travel from Jefferson Street across the river on
FolI th Street to Mulberry Street and return to Jefferson Street on
Fih Street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to the
4th Street Cruise Committee to revise the 4th Street Cruise route,
to allow cars from the west side to travel from Jefferson Street
across the river on Fourth Street to Mulberry Street and return to
Jefferson Street on Fifth Street .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 2004 .
