--" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o that the Agreement dated May 10, 2004, to develop a grant
proposal for the U. S . DOT Small Community Air Service Development
ProsTam, at a cost of 7 . 5 percent of grant up to $43 , 000 . 00 if

Mheapolis, Minnesota, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
