RESOLUTION NO. 2021-479
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION
BY PRAIRIE RAPIDS, LLC, FOR THE IOWA WORKFORCE
HOUSING TAX CREDIT PROGRAM TO CONSTRUCT
FOURTY-EIGHT (48) NEW HOUSING UNITS LOCATED
NEAR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF KIMBALL AVENUE
AND RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the City Council of the City of Waterloo supports the application by Prairie Rapids, LLC, for the
Iowa Workforce Housing Tax Credit Program to construct forty-eight (48) new housing units
located near the southeast corner of Kimball Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue, with up to $240,000
in matching city funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 2021.
