RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION BY 6
COMM PROPERTIES, LLC FOR THE IOWA WORKFORCE
HOUSING TAX INCENTIVES PROGRAM TO CONSTRUCT
SEVENTY-SIX (76) NEW HOUSING UNITS LOCATED NEAR
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 6TH STREET AND
COMMERCIAL STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the City Council of the City of Waterloo supports the application by 6 Comm Properties, LLC,
for the Iowa Workforce Housing Tax Incentives Program to construct seventy-six (76) new
housing units, located near the northeast corner of 6th Street and Commercial Street, including a
rebate schedule of 42% for twenty (20) years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 2021.
