RESOLUTION NO. 2021-449
RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH GLP CAPITAL, L.P. (ISLE CASINO) IN
THE AMOUNT OF $0.00 (DONATED), IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE SHAULIS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
FROM HESS ROAD TO HIGHWAY 218, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreement pertains to the Shaulis Road
Reconstruction Project from Hess Road to Highway 218,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall accept a certain temporary easement in
conjunction with the Shaulis Road Reconstruction Project from Hess Road to Highway 218, from
GLP Capital, L.P. (Isle Casino), in the amount of $0.00 (donated).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH ECITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Agreement by and between GLP Capital,
L.P. (Isle Casino) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as a donated easement, in conjunction with the
Shaulis Road Reconstruction Project from Hess Road to Highway 218, is hereby accepted and
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June 2021.
