AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY
DOUGLAS C. MILLER TO REZONE 2.71 ACRES, LOCATED
AT 6415 KIMBALL AVENUE, FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT TO "R-1" ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
