Iola ' Tin the amount of $2 , 996, 056 . 72 , for F.Y. 2004 Asphalt
Ove4ay Program, Contract No. 676, described in the plans and
spe,ci, .cations heretofore adopted by this Council for said
prtj^ect, after public hearing on published notice required by
law;,' : be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
reej,v�d for said work.
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
conptict with the said contractor for the construction of said
imr&& ments, said contract not to be binding on the City until
appr yed by this Council .
