AVinucRoluan Marnan Drive, just south of the Menards Lumber
Yid ar}�lt-le lly described as follows :
A storm sewer easement 20 feet in width, located in the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter, of Section
2 , Township 88 , Range 13 , West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows along the centerline of said easement;
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Southwest quarter
(SW 1/) ; thence North 00°27' 15" West 751 . 94 feet along
the West line of said Southwest IA; thence North
89°32 ' 45" East 27 . 55 feet to the point of beginning of
easement centerline; thence South 03°41' 15" East 136 . 72
feet; thence North 90°00 ' 00" East 379 . 88 feet; thence
South 42°23 ' 12" East 194 . 18 feet to the North right of
way line of East San Marnan Drive and the terminus of
said easement centerline, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 2004 .
