w > mi-WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
htre instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
pos plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F ,2004 Asphalt Overlay Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

s ' IW EREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
s6bgif ations, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2004 Asphalt
Ovey• Program, known as Contract No. 676, which were
prericminarily approved on April 5, 2004 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April
19, 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2004 Asphalt Overlay
Program, known as Contract No. 676, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2004 .
