H H,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WALOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and bond, etc . , for the City Hall Landscaping Project, in -the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
