O H • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
CITY HALL LANDSCAPING PROJECT.

c WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2004-207, specifications, form of
icotract etc . , for the City Hall Landscaping Project, in the City
oofilaterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
coaftr the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is o ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be`-Wade in accordance with said specifications when all funding is
in lace, with no taxpayer dollars used for said project .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April , 2004 .
