• o -'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o h the Development Agreement dated April 12 , 2004 , to build
037 0-0 sq. ft . facility generally located at the southwest corner
of E'I S . Highway 63 and Heath Street, with a minimum assessment of
$30, 000 . 00, with tax rebates for approximately seven years at
$164000 . 00 per year until the purchase price for the land is
rersed, by and between Hy-Vee, and the City of Waterloo,
