WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
April 12 , 2004 , for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction
with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between
Grady Farms Dairy, 7540 Hammond Avenue, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2004 .
