O RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF GRACE REFORMED

EN.., WHEREAS, Grace Reformed Church is having outdoor community-
'-+ wide" worship services at Byrnes Park, including a P.A. system and

1 + WHEREAS, said outdoor community-wide worship service activity
eyye ds the limits of the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Grace Reformed Church has made formal
appication for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3 ,, effective August 8, 2004, from 8 : 30 a.m. to 11 :30 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WPh7VRLOO, IOWA, that the request of Grace Reformed Church for a
viance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in conjunction
with outdoor community-wide worship services at Byrnes Park, on
Agust 8, 2004 , from 8 :30 a.m. to 11 :30 a.m. , be and the same
hereby granted.
