�IHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
uhefdt0fore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to A4 pare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
th& 04 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

41HEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
pre ininary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the 2004
Right-of-Way Mowing, which were preliminarily approved on March
22 , 04 , and
4rWHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 5,
2003rand no objections were made.

SOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATEJOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the 2004 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2004 .
