NH-+ wAEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
sa .;;cVliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . ,
for purchase of LED Traffic Signal Light Retrofit Module for
Pi-ii able Visibility Signal Heads, TRAF-103-04, which were
p Ak4mi arily approved on March 22, 2004, and
F__ WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 5,
204; and no objections were made .
`SNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the purchase of LED Traffic Signal Light
Retrofit Module for Programmable Visibility Signal Heads, TRAF-
103-04 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2004 .
