of contract, etc . , for the purchase of LED Traffic Signal
Retrofit Module for Programmable Visibility Signal Heads,
tkk51103-04, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
ed by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.

1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATEgLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
