v F1 > WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
1-te of ore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance

fof contract, etc. , for the Public Restrooms, Break Room and

`'WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 5,

-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATELOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Public Restrooms, Break Room and
Wome ' s Police Locker Room Renovation, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa,' be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2004 .
