b WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2004-177, specifications, form of
rS ract etc . , for the Public Restrooms, Break Room and Women' s
co Police Locker Room Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
b6ii approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
p' dcribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATRLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
isiHso ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
bAt-fade in accordance with said specifications .
