g4t_ces Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
?afh contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the City
6411 Landscaping Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as

H WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,

etEe09 and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
coi }dered the same.

. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 2004 .
