H H SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
oCOST, ETC. , FOR THE 2004 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.
r WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
gezvices Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
cam ' contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the 2004

considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
eby preliminarily approved.
