O• H RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF THE WATERLOO
JAYCEES TO HOLD FIREWORKS FESTIVAL ON JULY 3 ,
O 2004 .
Pi WHEREAS, the Waterloo Jaycees have requested to hold
w Fireworks Festival on July 3 , 2004 from 7 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 00
mi-light, with events to be held at Veterans Memorial Park,
Fpurth Street Bridge, Soldiers and Sailors Park, and lot along in front of Courier and Sixth Street Bridge .

Q c) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PlAtERLOO, IOWA that the request of the Waterloo Jaycees to hold
reworks Festival on July 3 , 2004 from 7 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 00
r_dnight, with events to be held at Veterans Memorial Park,
Fourth Street Bridge, Soldiers and Sailors Park, and lot along
