o a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WArr, LOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2004 Sidewalk Repair
Program—Zone 4 , known as Contract No. 677, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 2004 .
