E' MWHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Y'rtofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City

tepHarepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
mac:! for the 2004 Maywood Park Restroom Project, in the City of

-; WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
pr412minary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
th14004 Maywood Park Restroom Project, which were preliminarily
appr9ved on February 23 , 2004 , and

N PWHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
22 '' 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the 2004 Maywood Park Restroom
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 2004 .
