HBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

EdWa in the amount of $2 , 996, 391 . 91, for the F.Y. 2004 Street
construction Program, Contract No. 675, described in the plans
and �^specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
poject, after public hearing on published notice required by
