E-+ WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
07071. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
herinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
Iow , all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
H, W County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor Pro Tem
a; City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
beAilf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
rfnrummate the agreement to purchase the property from the owners
teof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same are also
accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay
for' the property and the incidental expenses necessary to the
consummation of the sale from City funds .

Auditors Plat No. 8 Waterloo all Lot 8 except South 75
feet all Lot 9 except South 75 feet, all in the City of
