nfor the Public Restrooms, Break Room and Women' s Police
IRDFA 4 Room Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
stpeo ed in the specifications, and

NWOiEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
ii-ed m aid plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
esmate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2004 .
