C n • WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City

y ppcifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
S — and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
N cfsidered the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 2004 .
